Citizen M will open its fourth Parisian hotel in winter 2020.
The 151-room establishment will be located rue de la Boétie, a few steps from the Champs-Élysées, and will join the hotels of the Paris Charles de Gaulle, La Défense and Gare de Lyon group.
Citizen M describes itself as “affordable luxury,” with downtown and airport hotels especially catering to millennial business travelers.
All rooms come with free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom with a rain shower, king-size beds and tablets for controlling temperature, blinds, lighting and entertainment.
Check-in and check-out are self-service via kiosks at reception.
Like many Citizen M hotels, the new Parisian property will be designed by Amsterdam-based Concrete and feature furniture by Vitra.
It will have a bar / dining area with an outdoor terrace offering a view of the Champs-Élysées and the Eiffel Tower, and a sheltered courtyard with a red Parisian-style awning.
The group’s pipeline includes openings in Seattle, Washington DC and Geneva this year, as well as a fourth London hotel in Victoria in 2021.
